Skills

  • Supervising the daytoday operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Employee Handling Skills and Client Dealing on regular basis
  • Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Procure and manage office asset
  • Manage staff labor and work style.

Requirement

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Independent professional worker without supervision
  • Proven 3+ experience as an Administrator, Administration Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience as HR recruitment
  • Experience in procurement, recruitment, petty cash handling, and accounting
  • Experience with office management tools (google Office software, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
  • An analytical mindset with problemsolving skills

Qualification
High school diploma; BSc/BA in Office administration or relevant field is preferred

*Immediate Joiners are preferred.


LOCATION:
Gurgaon or Noida (Can choose but will have to travel once in a week to the second location)


Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
