Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate stitching activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate stitching team members to ensure proficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor stitching processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with other departments such as design, production planning, and quality assurance to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain inventory levels of stitching supplies and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of stitching machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Address any issues or concerns raised by stitching team members promptly and effectively.
Prepare reports on stitching department performance, including productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in stitching techniques and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
5 to 7 years of experience in stitching operations within the clothing manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with excellent team management skills.
Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, equipment, and materials used in clothing production.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to clothing manufacturing.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards.

Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per month
