Associate, Deal Support (PMP/PG):

You will assist in troubleshooting PMPs to help with the workload on the Deal Management team, work on PMP troubleshooting projects, and continuously improve and deliver exception experience for our clients.

You will get to join an exciting growing company on the tech side of advertising in pharma where you'll be part of a great team, hone and learn new skills in troubleshooting PMPs, and further elevate your career in adtech and pharma advertising.

What you'll work on:

• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve PMP troubleshooting issues through tickets, improving pacing for PMPs
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (such as Platform Solutions team) as needed to aide in troubleshooting
• Resolve tickets after PMP troubleshooting issues are resolved.

Required Qualifications:

• 14 years of programmatic trading experience handsonkeyboard in DSPs at an ad agency or adtech company Minimum 1 year of experience running and troubleshooting PMP deals in DSPs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  Willing and able to work 4pm1am IST, you can work remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clientfacing experience
• SQL experience
• Pharma experience
