Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Merchandiser / Quality Controller.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our merchandising and quality control efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies and plans.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits at various stages of the production process.
• Identify and report any quality issues or defects, working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control and compliance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Support the sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring that products meet client specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising and quality control teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as fashion merchandising, têxtile technology, or quality management, is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Basic understanding of apparel production processes and supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
