- Acquire indepth knowledge of FieldAssist software tailored to the needs of the African market.
- Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and lead followups from telesales activities in the African region.
- Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations addressing the specific requirements of African clients.
- Qualify and manage opportunities, including writing proposals and responding to queries pertinent to the African market.
- Collaborate with retainer partners, providing them with the necessary support and information to effectively represent FieldAssist in the African market.
- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders of African customers.
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis specific to the African market to identify and explore potential markets.
- Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the designated African schedule.
- Monitor and report on all sales activities and pipelines in the African region.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationships in the African market.
- Liaise with retainer partners, ensuring they are aligned with FieldAssist's goals, and actively manage and coordinate their efforts to achieve mutual success
- Minimum 2+ years of sales/business development experience in the technology industry, with a focus on the African market.
- Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterpriselevel software, with an understanding of the unique needs of African businesses.
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage, with an ability to adapt to the technological landscape of the African region.
- Ability to influence decisionmakers at all levels within the African business landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of cultural nuances in Africa.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a willingness to travel within Africa.
- Proven experience in working with retainer partners, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving common objectives.
