We are currently seeking a Landscaping Architect with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

Applicants must be self-motivated, efficient, and highly organised, with demonstrable project delivery experience across multiple sectors including landscape-led development and infrastructure projects, working in a team environment.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team who has a background in Landscape Architecture to speed up our design, scoping & quoting process.

Responsibilities

Conceptual Design:

• Collaborate with the Landscaping Consultant and project coordinators to understand the client's landscaping preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.

Designing:

• Work on Utecture to prepare basic designs.
• Utecture's software helps with the endtoend process right from Design to Documentation and you'll be able to utilize available training videos to learn more about it.

Site Analysis:

• Analysis of the Architectural, structural, engineering drawings, etc to understand the topography, soil conditions, drainage, and other environmental factors for the project.
• Evaluate the existing landscape elements to incorporate into the design.

Detailed Planning:

• Have a good understanding of the landscaping plans, specifying materials, plant selections, and design elements.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Sustainability Integration:

• Ensuring that the designers Integrate sustainable and ecofriendly practices into landscaping designs.
• Advise Landscaping Consultants on environmentally responsible landscaping practices.

Client Collaboration:

• Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

SOW:

• Work on the detailed Scope of Work for the project and put together pricing
• Have a good understanding of the material takeoff process

Others:

• Prepare landscape details for pricing purpose
• Prepare site visit report with site constraint plan considering landscape planning and design
• Prepare landscape design brief by coordinating with the Landscaping Consultant.
• To support the marketing team in preparation of marketing collaterals i.e. 3D views, Model making, walkthrough, etc.
• Coordination with different specialized vendors for custommade landscape products/features design and procurement
