    Job Description :
    As a Technology Lead , you will be responsible for leading and executing full-stack development projects. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions.


    Your responsibilities will include :

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
    • Architect, design, and develop complex and scalable software solutions.
    • Implement and maintain fullstack applications, emphasizing code quality and performance.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and workflows.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
    • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
    • Participate in technical discussions and provide thought leadership.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 710 years of handson experience in fullstack development (Experience in , Laravel, SQL, NoSQL is a must)
    Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to :


    • Front-end : Native or
    • Back-end : or Laravel

    Databases :
    MySQL & MongoDB and other relational databases.

    • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
    • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
    • Leadership and mentoring experience in a technical role.
    • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Adequate proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
    • Ability to lead a team of developers

    Bonus Skills :

    • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
    • Security best practices and expertise in securing applications.
