Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and others
  • Create and curate content that is relevant, engaging, and shareable
  • Write compelling and SEOfriendly social media captions, blog posts, and other content
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts and engage with our followers
  • Stay uptodate on social media trends and best practices to ensure that our content remains fresh and relevant
  • Track and analyze the performance of our social media content using analytics tools and make datadriven decisions to optimize our strategies
  • Create and edit videos, graphics, and other visual content

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management
  • Excellent writing and video editing skills especially with shorter video contents like Reels or Shorts.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram, and Youtube
  • Strong graphic design using tools like Canva and video editing skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for social media and staying uptodate on the latest trends and best practices

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Video Content Shooting & Editing (preferred)

Language:


  • English & Kannada (preferred)
