    Overview

    As a FresherAssistant Orthopedic Surgeon you will play a crucial role inproviding surgical assistance patient care and support to theorthopedic surgery team. You will collaborate closely withexperienced surgeons and medical staff to ensure the delivery ofhighquality patient care and optimal surgicaloutcomes.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Assist in orthopedicsurgeries under the guidance of experiencedsurgeons
    • Participate in preoperativepreparations and patient assessments
    • Providepostoperative care and monitor patientrecovery
    • Assist in the diagnosis and treatmentof orthopedic conditions
    • Participate in wardrounds and patient consultations
    • Contribute tothe development of treatment plans
    • Assist inthe interpretation of diagnostictests
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsto optimize patient care
    • Ensure adherence tohospital protocols and safety standards
    • Conductresearch and stay updated with medicaladvancements

    RequiredQualifications

    • MBBS degree with afocus on orthopedic surgery
    • Completion ofinternship and residency in orthopedicsurgery
    • Valid medical license andregistration
    • Strong understanding of orthopedicprocedures and techniques
    • Proficiency insurgical assisting and steriletechniques
    • Excellent knowledge ofmusculoskeletal anatomy andphysiology
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced surgicalenvironment
    • Commitment to ongoing learning andprofessional development
    • Strong ethical andprofessional conduct
