- Required to make 100+ calls every day
- Required to qualify the leads according to the requirement
- Required to respond promptly and professionally to all incoming prospect queries by phone or email
- Responsible for coordinating with the Corporate Sales team regarding the new onboarding and account opening / kyc-related queries
- Generate and update daily reports on meetings scheduled, done, and call status
- Needs to be proficient in English/ Hindi (Any other regional language would be an added benefit)
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Should have high energy and enthusiasm
- Should have the willingness to build a career in Pre-Sales / Sales Ops
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prior Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls will be an added advantage
- Passion to solve problems and take responsibility
