    We are looking for full-time Interns who will be responsible for the new customers' onboarding and account openings with the Corporate Sales team and he/she will be helping customers with KYC-related queries.

    Responsibilities


    •Required to make 100+ calls every day


    •Required to qualify the leads according to the requirement


    •Required to respond promptly and professionally to all incoming prospect queries by phone or email


    •Responsible for coordinating with the Corporate Sales team regarding the new onboarding and account opening / kyc-related queries


    •Generate and update daily reports on meetings scheduled, done, and call status

    Requirement


    •Needs to be proficient in English/ Hindi (Any other regional language would be an added benefit)


    •Knowledge of basic Excel functions


    •Excellent communication and writing skills


    •Should have high energy and enthusiasm


    •Should have the willingness to build a career in Pre-Sales / Sales Ops


    •Good interpersonal skills


    •Prior Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls will be an added advantage


    •Passion to solve problems and take responsibility
