Website Management:
Ensuring the functionality and coordination of the ecommerce site.
This includes managing product listings, maintaining site metrics, and coordinating with the web design and web development teams to enhance user experience.
Inventory Management:
Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the availability of products. This includes managing the catalog of products and their pricing.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
Implementing and managing sales strategies to drive online revenue growth. This involves forecasting future sales trends and planning promotional activities to meet sales targets.
Customer Service Management:
Ensuring high-quality customer service by coordinating with customer service teams to resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to the e-commerce platform.
Data Analysis:
Monitoring and analyzing online sales trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to guide business decisions. This involves preparing and presenting regular performance reports.
