Job description of client Relationship Executive:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Executive with a proficiency in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping to achieve the client's objectives.

This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, communication skills, and excellent client service abilities.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Create and manage digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects tailored to each client's specific objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective strategies that align with the client's goals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented approach to client management.
**Note:
- **- 6 months to 1 year (In Digital Marketing industry).

  • Immediate Joining.
  • Work From Office.

Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
