Description

As an IT Sales Executive in the IT industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate and close sales deals with international clients.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company's IT products or services.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential international clients through various sources, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.


Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products or services and effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings, addressing any questions or concerns raised by the clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new international markets and generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and quotations, ensuring that they align with the company's pricing and profitability guidelines.


Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products or services.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.


Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company, promote its offerings, and expand the network of potential clients.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A degree in computer science or IT is a plus.

Proven experience in international sales within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on software, hardware, or cloud-based solutions.

Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or data analytics.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a track record of successful sales closures and revenue generation.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.


Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.

Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and explore new business opportunities.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
