**Responsibility:
- *
  • Interacting with customers to ensure the company can satisfy their needs.
  • Overseeing deliveries from PO to dispatch until final delivery.
  • Interacting with the companies US, or European based customers regularly.
  • Working with the internal supply chain to help in getting goods delivered on time & in full.
  • Getting heavily involved with Purchase & Production teams to help OTIF delivery and ensuring regular follow up on delays.
  • Monitor monthly sales budget and support in target achievement.
  • Drive improvements in business processes, work towards improving ERP system and reduction of manual work.
  • Develop internal process to resolve and reduce customer complaints. Establish good rapport with your customers.
  • Review purchase orders and shortages. Ensure Order fulfilment and service deliverables are achieved as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinating on all outward shipments to customers across the world.
  • Ensure documents related to exports, regulatory requirements are processed with accuracy.
  • Handling payments & payment reconciliations.
**Skills Required:
- *
  • Must have worked in a company that does international exports via Sea.

Should have handled exports to the Middle East, Saudi Arabia before.

Must have worked on an ERP system, preferably JD Edwards (Oracle), or SAP.

Must be very well versed in spoken and written English
