Job Details:
Admin Assistant's Role & Responsibilities
1) Office upkeep - Cleanliness & Hygiene to be maintained.
2) General maintenance - maintenance of office assets, furniture & fixtures, electrical, plumbing & carpentry.
3) Annual Maintenance Contract maintenance - Keep track & ensure it happens on time. Update the relevant registers.
4) Inventory Management - maintain inventory of housekeeping materials & staff welfare materials.
5) Employee ID card preparation - Co-ordinate with the relevant vendor & CBRE
6) Logistics & Courier Management - Whilst sending Assets by courier, ensure that the Assets are properly packed to avoid any sort of damage in transit. Ensure relevant documentation accompanies the Assets. Thereon Courier tracking & updating the relevant online register.
7) Admin Helpdesk - Ensure received requests on Admin Helpdesk need to be attended to and closed in a timely manner.
8) Timely updating of relevant admin-related databases.
