About The Job:

Uploading ATL budgets in Digibuy/Ariba system
Raising PO's for BTL, ATL and other activities related to EMD at brand level using proper IO codes through Digibuy (ATL) & SAP (BTL and other activities)
Collection of form 10F, Tax residency certificate and other forms from the customers and sharing it with auditors for processing claims
Creation of vendor codes for new customers and taking care of blocking and unblocking as per need.
Coordinate with sales team for processing claims like collection of claim documents and mapping with correct PO
Sharing claims with external auditor and uploading the same in newgen portal for payment processing once audit is through
Resolving queries raised by multiple stakeholders and follow up with tax team, consultant and external auditor etc.
Updating team regarding claims status on weekly basis
Coordinate with the sales team for creation of purchase orders (SAP & Newgen) to enable sellin and sellout initiatives
Creation of proforma invoices against customer orders
Processing invoices and bills received from customers/vendors within agreed TAT and maintaining track of spends
Liaison with internal auditor to address customer claim queries
Liaison with vendors for necessary documentation

MIS reporting

Data analysis and sales trends

Essential Job Functions:

Graduate with 4+ years of experience in backoffice functions
MS Office proficiency especially MS Excel
Ability to work as part of a team and respond quickly to sales and supply queries/requests
Excellent organizational skills
High level written and verbal communication skills

Tool knowledge:

SAP
Excel
Ariba

Qualifications:

Graduation in commerce
