Description
We are looking for an office assistant to organize and coordinate sales processes with the customer. The role includes understanding our products and processes, and sending quotations / proforma invoices etc to the customer.Role & Responsibilities
Ensure that all products/items are invoiced and paid on time
Report to seniors of timely progress
Key Skills
- Proficient and fluent in English language and written communication._
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Salary:
₹8, ₹25,992.08 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
