Job description:
The IT Support maintains the computer network of organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly and securely.
IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems. Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional and pleasant manner.
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Software, hardware installation
- Antivirus installation and virus removal
- Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Set up accounts for staff.
Respond to breakdowns and other technology issues.
Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware problems.
Maintain Fixed assets, software packages, and updates
Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
