Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining files, and organizing documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, enter data accurately, and generate reports as required.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance images for marketing materials, presentations, and other projects.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and generating reports.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and the ability to edit and enhance images.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
