Description
We are looking for a Retail Salesperson for our store at Dadar & Thane to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services).
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay uptodate with new products/services.
Requirements and skills
- Confident Male 25 years & above
- 3 years of experience in Sales
- Work experience as a Retail Salesperson
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
