Description
Understanding of Change Types and Change life cycle. Doing impact analysis for Changes planned for execution within Prod environment.

  • Managing the Change Management queue.
  • Knowledge of problem management will be an added advantage.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as per Incident and Change Management KPI's.
  • Doing follow up's with teams for RCA's.
  • Documenting the incident summary and preparing incident trackers along with identified PAI's.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for a resolution.
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps and service restoration details and updating KEDB.

Salary:
₹16, ₹30,000.00 per month
