Service Desk Executive - Mumbai, India - OAC
Description
Understanding of Change Types and Change life cycle. Doing impact analysis for Changes planned for execution within Prod environment.- Managing the Change Management queue.
- Knowledge of problem management will be an added advantage.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as per Incident and Change Management KPI's.
- Doing follow up's with teams for RCA's.
- Documenting the incident summary and preparing incident trackers along with identified PAI's.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for a resolution.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and service restoration details and updating KEDB.
Salary:
₹16, ₹30,000.00 per month
