We are looking for a
dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our stock broking firm as a Client Servicing Executive.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to walk-in clients by resolving their inquiries. Additionally, you will also handle client communication over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Your role will be crucial in delivering a positive client experience and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in clients with account opening processes, including the completion of necessary forms and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about stock market investments, trading procedures, and account-related queries.
Handle incoming calls & proactively make outbound calls to clients for updates, cross-sell investment products and services.
Maintain accurate and updated client records in the system, documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or any field.
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to address client needs and concerns.
Basic knowledge of stock markets, investment products, and trading procedures would be an add-on.
Fluency in local languages, in addition to English, would be an add-on.

Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
