Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients who may be interested in our IT services.
• Research and gather information about potential clients' needs, pain points, and requirements.
• Qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, timeline, and fit with our services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with potential clients to discuss their requirements and showcase our services.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further followup and conversion.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a presales or lead generation role, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for tracking and managing leads effectively.
• Knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, SEO, SMO, and PPC is a plus.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
