Talent Advisor: As a talent partner to the hiring manager, you will provide initiatives towards talent strategies and market intelligence. Open to sharing new ideas, and market updates and take complete ownership and accountability for the requirement.

Collaborative: the most critical cross-functional Corporate Recruiter roles and collaborate with the regional Talent Acquisition team, partner with regional HRBP, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders within the region.

Process Driven: Capable to incorporate a fair and consistent evaluation process by maintain necessary documentation/data integrity and reports using our ATS. Capable of managing weekly meeting with the hiring managers with a data driven discussions, decision making and pipeline updates.
- **Market Information
- **awareness of competitive market landscape within India/APAC region including emerging startup companies, modern technology knowledge to hire the right talent including attending University career fairs and participate in recruiting event.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical recruiting. Fin-Tech recruitment experience will be an added advantage. Holds master's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and an innovative thinker.
- Subject matter expertise and knowledge of current trends in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, training, diversity hiring and systems.
- Capable of managing and supporting multiple business functions within the region like Product & Development, Client Services, Sales, and Corporate Functions.
- The Corporate Recruiter will work Onsite from our Pune Office (Magarpatta City, Hadapsar).
