Description
As a Catering Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within our catering department.

Your role demands not only exceptional culinary skills but also a high level of creativity to deliver innovative and memorable dining experiences for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with event planners, catering managers, and other team members to design menus that align with our client's preferences and dietary requirements while also exceeding their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Utilize your creativity to develop diverse and appealing menus for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. Incorporate seasonal ingredients, different Salads, culinary trends, and client preferences to create unique dining experiences.
  • Culinary Execution: Lead by example in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in culinary execution.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate closely with event planners and catering managers to understand the specific requirements of each event. Work proactively to anticipate challenges and adapt menus as needed to accommodate changes or special requests.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of highquality ingredients and resources. Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costeffectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Food Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor kitchen operations to minimize risks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate kitchen staff to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to empower team members to perform at their best.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences that exceed expectations. Solicit feedback from clients and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement.

Salary:
₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
