Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales team.

As an MR, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our CBD and Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

Your role will contribute to the growth and success of our company by driving sales and increasing brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.

Identify and build relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare institutions.

Present our range of CBD and Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the unique benefits and features.

Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or objections.

Conduct product demonstrations and organize educational events for healthcare professionals to increase their knowledge and understanding of our products.

Identify market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities, providing valuable feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Regularly visit medical professionals, ensuring consistent and effective product promotion and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Collect and maintain customer data and records using CRM software.

Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to expand professional networks and stay updated with industry developments.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or related disciplines.

Proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in CBD or Ayurvedic products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Knowledge of local medical regulations and ethical guidelines.
