We are having a Walk-in for Purchase Executive/SAP MM.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Identify and evaluate IT vendors, negotiate terms, and establish vendor relationships.

Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Resolve vendor disputes and issues.

Procurement:

Prepare and process purchase orders for IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.

Source and select suppliers that offer competitive prices, quality products, and reliable delivery.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory.

Cost Control:

Monitor and control IT procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

Work with the finance department to ensure budget compliance.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and related assets.

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper asset tagging and tracking.

Plan for equipment refresh cycles and asset disposal.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and software licensing agreements.

Keep up-to-date with licensing requirements and renewals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with IT teams, end-users, and other departments to understand their procurement needs.

Provide guidance on IT procurement best practices and assist with technical specifications.
