Experience in the SharePoint Online & platform (SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 & M365)- Knowledge in M365 Administration.
- Follow the Incident & Problem Management Procedure for resolving the Incident & Problems
- Assign user access rights and Space usage allocation as per policies defined and agreed upon with the client.
- Conduct Event log/ Incident /changes & Alert Analysis.
- Understanding on Exchange Online, Knowledge on MS Teams & OneDrive.
- Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization
Primary Skills:
- Experience in the SharePoint Online & platform (SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 & M365)
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge in M365 Administration.
- Follow the Incident & Problem Management Procedure for resolving the Incident & Problems
