Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive (freshers with good comuunication skills are welcome),

6 week offs in a month,

Location - Mumbai (Lower Parel / Currey Road).

Responsibilities:


  • Interacting with customers on daily basis.
  • Listening to customers patiently and helping them resolve issues.
  • Helping customers with their product queries.
  • Misc day to day activities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and deescalation skills
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work night shifts (For male employees only).
  • Ability to work overtime as required by business most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the festive season (EID and Diwali).

Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
