We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our company.


What does a Customer Service Representative do?


A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.


Customer Service Responsibilities list:


  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**:
  • Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.**:
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

Requirements and skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters**:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills**:
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma**:
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and etravelling**:
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Working days: 6 days a week

Salary: 18 to 20k(Based on interview)

₹19, ₹21,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
