Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Finance Executive at KidEx, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with various tax and financial regulations
Your responsibilities will include:
Tally Entry:
Accurate and timely entry of revenue and expenses for two group companies in Tally accounting software.
TDS Filing:
Monthly filing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for both group companies.
Quarterly TDS Return Filing:
Submission of quarterly TDS returns for both group companies.
GST Revenue Filing:
Monthly filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue for both group companies.
GST Expenses Filing:
Monthly filing of GST expenses for both group companies.
PF Deposit:
Monthly deposit of Provident Fund (PF) for one of the companies.
ESI Deposit:
Monthly deposit of Employee State Insurance (ESI) for one of the companies.
Annual Audit Coordination:
Collaborating with auditors for the annual book closure process to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Official Paperwork Notarization:
Managing the notarization of official documents through legal channels, such as the court.
Courier of Documents:
Sending documents to concerned stakeholders via courier services.
Fundraise Related Paperwork Coordination:
Assisting in the coordination and tally entry of paperwork related to fundraising activities.
Admin Responsibilities:
Ensuring that office supplies are well-maintained and in order for smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Tally.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, including TDS, GST, PF, and ESI.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
