Guest Relation Executive
As a Guest Relations Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will involve enhancing guest relations, promoting hotel services, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Your responsibilities as Guest Relation Executive :
- Guest Services: Provide warm and personalized service to guests, welcoming them upon arrival, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, and attending to their needs throughout their stay.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, conveying guest requests, preferences, and feedback to relevant departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Information Desk: Act as an information resource for guests, providing details about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with guests by anticipating their needs, recognizing repeat guests, and cultivating positive relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Upselling and Promotion: Promote hotel amenities, special packages, and upgrades to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing their overall experience.
- Guest Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests through surveys, comment cards, and personal interactions, and use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement service enhancements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
