    Mandatory Skills:

    • Experience on S4 HANA Source to Pay(5 years)
    • Purchase scheduling agreements & contracts
    • Flexible workflow for PO approval
    • LTMC for data migration
    • Integration exposure to EWM,QM,PP & TM
    • Working agile project methodology with JIRA tool

    Duties & Responsibilities:


    Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP system to support the organization's "To-Be" process vision.

    This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP PP, FI-CO, PS, QM, SD
    Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community.
    Good understanding of SAP functionality with hand-on standard configuration for the module.
    Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis).
    Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution.

    Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team.

    Design Authorization profiles (T-code as well as Fiori)
    Provide post-implementation production support.
    Knowledge of Change Request and estimation will be preferred.


    Qualifications:
    BE / MBA
    Experience – Minimum 6 to 8 Years in SAP preferably from automotive industry or Manufacturing Industry


    Work experience & Desired Profile:
    Strong Experience of Materials functions namely material master, Vendor master
    Material Planning- Deterministic, Consumption based, forecast and Reorder point planning
    Good knowledge of Hierarchical and variant structure BOM
    Good experience in Procurement of Direct Material, Indirect Materials, Services, Capital Procurement.
    Technologies experience-SAP ECC6, S/4 HANA,MM Configuration
    Knowledge of SRM, ARIBA will be preferred.
    Exposure to SOLMAN, GRC, FIORI, EDI is added advantage
    Hands on experience in PR, PO, Scheduling Agreement, Contracts, Release strategy.
    Spend analysis, Purchasing including Supplier Collaborations and supplier performance evaluations
    Goods Movements
    Warehousing
    Inventory Management including Physical Inventory verification
    Valuations and revaluations
    Price control, Pricing Procedure.
    Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis).
    Project management methodology (ASAP, S4 HANA Activate)
    Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    Purchase and Logistics Information system
