Description

We are a fast-fashion apparel brand entering into the digital space (B-2-C) with the highest quality fabrics and international fashion trends to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion while ensuring alignment on priorities and direction
Research the uptodate of the industry, seasonal trends by identifying consumerrelevant opportunities research to create highquality trends and styles
Create and present design boards for each season showcasing silhouette, fabric, and print, pattern, colour range
Sketching designs and creating flats/tech packs
Plan the line according to sales needs and emerging trends while maintaining the appeal to our customer
Ensures that product is consistent with market trends and business strategy
Ensure product is being designed within cost parameters
Work on a seasonal calendar, assortment plan, fitting sessions
Attend fittings to ensure the product is on the calendar and within cost parameters, problemsolving when needed
Works closely with a production partner to ensure design packages are complete and accurate.
Partner with merchandising to assort line and develop products appropriate for business needs.

Requirements:

High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, fastgrowing startup
Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems
Knowledge of design software and past experience of working with eCommerce brands is a plus.
Must have values of integrity and an ambition to work for a growing organization

Skills:
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe after effects.
