    Description

    Job Description :


    • Lead team of Observability Engineers to design and implement and maintain scalable, reliable, performant, and efficient systems.
    • Drive continuous improvements in our operating processes.
    • Nurture engineer growth through mentorship
    • Create site reliability best-practices to ensure platform resiliency, performance and cost-optimization.
    • Partner with product managers to define Service Level Agreements
    • Define Service Level Indicator and Objectives
    • Partner with leadership to define strategic roadmaps.
    Desired Candidate Profile :


    • At least 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering
    • At least 6 years of experience programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, , or Python
    • At least 8 years of experience delivering application performance monitoring visualizations with 2 of the following : Grafana, DataDog, New Relic, Splunk, HoneyComb or DynaTrace
    • At least 8 years of experience designing and building application performance monitoring solutions.
    • At least 6 years of experience instrumenting application for telemetry data.
    • At least 4 years of experience delivering cloud native software.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Multiple Observability Platforms
    • Hands on experience with Open telemetry.
    Skills : JavaScript, TypeScript, and React experience.
