Job Role / Your future duties & responsibilities:

1. Should have good communication skills. Well Versed in English and Hindi.
Quick learner.
Good Team Player.
Should have basic knowledge of

a. Oracle - Write and execute - SELECT and UPDATE.

b. Indian Payment Systems - RTGS and NEFT.

c. Indian Payment Systems - IMPS and NACH will be added benefit.

d. IBM MQ

e. Windows IIS

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with CGI clients.
Understand the issues and log tickets in tool and send initial response.
Perform analysis, resolve issues, and involve L3 if needed.
Send proper and timely updates to client and update Jira.
Implement the patches/customizations in UAT, perform sanity testing and co-ordinate the bank for UAT.
Implement the patches/customizations in Production after UAT sign off.
Update Known Error DB for further reference.
Co-ordinate with team for quick resolutions.

Product deployed in multiple banks and profile demands traveling to client location on need basis.

Also, requires members to work in rotating shifts including night shifts.
