Position Purpose:


To assist the Administration Department, Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes, to supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.


Position Deliverables:

1) To do checking and processing of Admin related Bills i.e.

Security, Housekeeping, Travel Agencies, Car Hire, Vending Machine, Courier, Fuel, Car Repair, Consumables, Guest House Expenses, Telephone, Broadband, Local Conveyance etc.

as per the eligibility of the respective employees.

2) To do Travel Administration i.e. Booking of Air / Railway Tickets, Hotel, Car etc.

3) To Coordinate with the Stationary Vendors for procurement of Office Stationary & Bill Passing.

4) To do work related to Bill processing and Outstanding tracking i.e.

Maintaining of outstanding details of admin related vendors, preparation of summaries on bi-monthly basis and co-ordinate with respective departments for payments for smooth services.

5) To do work related to Sub Staff Management i.e. deployment of Drivers and monitoring of peons for outies work etc., arrangement of Uniforms, Shoes & Umbrella etc.

6) To do Fuel Consumption, Guest House Expenses etc. reports.


Salary:
₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
