Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding the products and services provided by the company
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
  • Resolving the customer complaints and queries
  • Providing detailed information to the customers.
  • Inform Customers about new features and functionalities
  • Followup with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Ensuring complete information is recorded and maintaining records of each of phone call for future reference.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Following with the customers for any further information.
  • Taking feedback from the customers.
  • Contributing the work to the company's knowledge base.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Adhering to the company's rules and regulations.
  • A bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc (Computers) BCOM or BA
    freshers or
    1 year Experience a related field.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • A Customer Oriented individual. Resolving complaints from unhappy customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Ability to meet the deadlines and prioritize the tasks
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
