**Job Profile:
- **Basic knowledge of Construction Materials like Steel, Cement, Finishing Items, Electrical Items plumbing items.,

Create and issue purchase orders and work orders to selected vendors, specifying the details of the purchase, such as item description, quantity, and price
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review the quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Good Knowledge of Excel & ERP
Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual conditions
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock

Working Days
:
Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday Off) | 10.00am to 06.30pm
