Description

• Provide assistance to the sales team by handling incoming inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to gather necessary information and ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and order information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status updates, delivery schedules, and any other postsales support required.
• Follow up with potential leads and clients to nurture relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors' activities.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role.
• Educational background in mechanical engineering, such as a Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or any other graduate degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
