Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales outreach through calls to potential customers, effectively
- Utilize WhatsApp messaging to engage with leads and prospects, fostering
capture the interest of target audiences.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, including customer
- Utilize AI Sensy platform to address customer queries and provide timely
issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers through various channels, including
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools, such as AI Sensy.
- Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales and marketing is preferred, but not
- Passion for creativity, personal development, and helping others overcome
