• Summary: As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS) team at EY, you will collaborate across various departments to provide support, resources, and tools to enhance client service and drive the firm's growth.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact within the HR department to facilitate communication and project coordination.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data, create dashboards, and offer insights to support HR strategies.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Develop engaging presentations for HR initiatives and communicate findings effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to HR processes and technologies.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR activities align with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics or coordination.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Passion for technical excellence and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
