Client Servicing and Operations Executive (MBA Fresher)


Job Summary:


The Client Servicing and Operations Executive, as an MBA fresher, will play a vital role in providing excellent client service and ensuring smooth operational processes.

This role involves understanding client requirements, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and objectives to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services/products that meet client expectations.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth operational processes by coordinating with various teams.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of services/products to clients.
  • Take the initiative to contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvements and client satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • An MBA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
