seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to oversee operational activities for

projects across Tamil Nadu, with the operational base located in Tiruchirappalli.


Responsibilities:


Operational Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute operational plans to support the implementation of projects
across Tamil Nadu, with a focus on Tiruchirappalli.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with
project objectives and timelines.


Resource Management:

  • Identify and allocate resources required for project operations, including personnel,
equipment, and materials, considering the needs of projects throughout Tamil Nadu.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary resources in a timely
and cost-effective manner.


Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to facilitate the movement of materials
and equipment to project sites across Tamil Nadu.

  • Ensure efficient inventory management and distribution to support project
implementation.


Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to uphold operational standards and meet
project requirements.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure
compliance with established protocols.


Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks to operational activities and develop strategies to mitigate
them, considering the diverse geographic locations of projects in Tamil Nadu.

  • Proactively address operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain
project continuity.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, liaising between project
teams, stakeholders, and the base office in Tiruchirappalli.

  • Provide regular updates on operational activities, progress, and challenges to ensure
transparency and accountability.


Salary:
₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
