Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of various company events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops, and teambuilding activities.
Collaborate with senior event coordinators and managers to develop event strategies, budgets, and timelines.
Assist in identifying and booking venues and equipment rentals.
Help create event schedules and coordinate logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Participate in outreach efforts to attract attendees and promote events within the IT community.
Maintain accurate event records, including attendee lists, expenses, and feedback.
Prepare and distribute event materials, badges, and documentation.
Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for event speakers or guests when necessary.
Be present onsite during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Assist with registration, provide information to attendees, and address any onsite issues or inquiries.
Oversee audiovisual and technical setups as needed.
Assist in preparing postevent reports to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fastpaced environments.
