Job Overview:

As a Computer Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training programs to help individuals and organizations enhance their computer skills.

This role involves assessing the training needs of participants, designing instructional materials, and delivering engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Training Program Development:

Design and develop training programs for the students.
Create instructional materials, presentations, and handson exercises.

2.

Delivery of Training:

Conduct computer training sessions for individuals or groups, both inperson and through offline/online platforms.
Ensure that training sessions are interactive, engaging, and cater to various learning styles.

3.

Needs Assessment:

Assess the computer skills and knowledge levels of participants to tailor training content accordingly.
Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address specific learning gaps.

4.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and assistance to participants during and after training sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and other computerrelated problems.

5.

Feedback and Evaluation:

Collect feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Modify training materials and methods based on feedback and performance assessments.

6.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Computer Trainer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to different audiences and learning styles.
Patience and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.

Salary:
₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
