Primary School Teacher

Role Overview:
A Primary School Teacher is responsible for educating and nurturing young students in elementary or primary school settings. They play a pivotal role in facilitating a child's early education, fostering their intellectual and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the curriculum. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and facilitate learning.

Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Regularly assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and observations. Provide feedback to students and parents to track their development.

Individualized Support:
Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of students. Provide additional help or resources to support struggling students and challenge advanced learners.

Parent Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians. Share students' progress and address any concerns or queries.

Extracurricular Activities:
Participate in or organize extracurricular activities, such as sports, arts, or clubs, to enhance students' overall development.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational trends. Attend workshops or training sessions to improve teaching skills.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, student performance, and other administrative tasks.

Salary:
