    Global Security Support

    Position Profile Summary – Senior Associate

    Position Details:

    Job Title: Senior Associate (65-1)

    Reporting to: Assistant Manager/ Manager

    Purpose of Position:

    Working under the guidance of the Global Security leadership team and GDS RMS Global Security team, the incumbent will primarily oversee projects related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity, focusing on emergency preparedness & response and global business continuity planning activities. Moreover, they may also be tasked with reviewing and preparing reports concerning reputational risk under the Reputation and Brand monitoring program.

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Service Delivery
      • Collaborate with the Global Security Executive Team on initiatives revolving around business resilience.
      • Support end users (Region and Country Security Managers) in adhering to the Security Global policy guidelines.
      • Offer expert technical guidance on Global Security tools like CMP/BCP digital tool and Incident Management Experience (IMX).
      • Collaborate with internal and development teams at GDS to create and implement automation tools.
      • Monitor and provide updates on the progress of crisis management and business continuity initiatives to senior management and leadership.
      • Conduct media monitoring and report to senior leadership regarding reputational risks to EY.
    • Education & Experience:
      • Total work experience of 6 to 7 years; people management experience is advantageous.
      • Training and certification in Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity are preferred.
      • Prior experience working as a consultant or in a shared services environment.
      • Obtained a Master's degree from a distinguished institution.
      • Demonstrates flexibility and self-assurance.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail.
      • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Capable of maintaining precise and confidential records and information.
      • Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard reporting – Power BI, Power Automate.
      • Strong logical and analytical reasoning skills.
      • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Other Position Requirements:
      • Openness to travel.
      • Availability to work in a 24 X 5 environment.
