Coming from a multicultural and multiethnic background I get along with people from all over the world. Having also lived in the USA and UK, I get a unique mix of Eastern and Western culture! Having worked s a coach/language expert, I have trained people from a wide spectrum of professions such as Doctors, Lawyers and even spouses of Diplomats.
Moreover, the range has also been pretty varied such as 9 year old school children to senior doctors and lawyers associated with public and private concerns. Thus, I make an apt candidate for corporate Learning and Development roles across the globe.
Experience
Having worked as a trainer for a number of years I possess a natural knack for being a mentor and coach. The most interesting part of my work experience has been working with individuals from a variety of professions and also ages. This is why I gel with people from all walks of life and nationalities. Whether it is a fresher who needs onboarding or someone in a position of seniority who is moving abroad/to another culture, I provide a one stop shop for all corporate training, learning and development needs.
Education
Having worked as a journalist and a trainer, I understand articulation and that happens to be the need of the day in today's tough times. Conveying the unpleasant pleasantly is something that youngsters and experienced folks need to grasp given the age.
Lastly, having studied Sociology I am culturally sensitive and gauge an appropriate time to convey to put across ideas so that the buy-in is sure shot.
